missing .info files problem when exporting themes from DG to D7 | Drupal Gardens: "Ah ha, thanks for describing the steps. I was doing the install by extracting the archive into sites/all/themes - it works fine if you do that.
I'm inclined to think the upcoming move to core Drupal 7 will fix this, but have created a bug to track it - #AN-22628. Will the extraction method work for you in the time being?
